Ascending Leaders helped our church look at what God has been doing in our church for the past 60 years and to look at the gifts he has give us and the needs around us and to clearly outline where we feel God is calling us over the next 5 years. We then came up with goals and action plans to seek to carry out God's calling in our church and our community. We had done this before but with Ascending leaders help we have stuck to our plans, We had annual review and after five years we are about to step back and see where God is calling us in the next chapter in the life our our church. In theory we could have done this ourselves, but with the help of Ascending Leaders we have gained more clarity, they helped us hold ourselves accountable, they shared ideas of how other churches have address various opportunities.

I would encourage others to seek the help of Ascending Leaders if you are serious about moving in the direction God is calling your church and has gifted your members. We are seeking to help our attendees grow closer to Christ and reach out to our community with the good news and the love of Christ.

Ascending Leaders has been helping our church for the last three years. We wanted to have a clearer vision of what God wanted us as a church to do. Mike Johnson helped us have a clearer understanding of the gifts God has given us and how we might use those in our church and in our community. Mike was the facilitator but the Holy spirit was the leader. Mike continues to consult with us and encourages us to stay on track rather that just have a nice program that no one pay attention to.
