I have been a long time volunteer with CSDR but also a foster failure-I have been blessed with 4 furever babies. I appreciate they make sure an adopter is someone going to provide a safe home for the dogs by doing a home visit prior to an adoption, educate the adopter on behaviors of the dogs and assure are a good match before placing dogs in his/her forever home. Makes for a successful placement and happy puppies and humans.
