After my breast cancer it has been the Annie Appleseed Project philosophy, and constant new scientific, medical and natural information, that got me on the path to healing and keeps me there!

After finding my breast cancer (IDC) myself (it never showed on mammograms ) and undergoing 2 surgeries .... I found the Annie Appleseed Project site through a breast cancer Facebook group. I have learned so much from the invaluable resources, serious studies from around the world, my whole understanding of recovery has grown, and I am becoming even healthier than before, through food, exercise, and becoming empowered to ask clear questions of my medical team. Grateful, grateful, grateful.
