My mother was a very loving, generous person. When she died I used some of the money she left me to sponsor a child until she grew out of the program. In her memory, I picked a little girl born on the same day and month as my mother. The little girl was named Yulee. She lived with her parents and two brothers in Peru. She wrote me several times over the years telling me about her family and her school I wish I could have gone to Peru and met her. For privacy, our letters went though Compassion International so we didn't know each other's address. It's been a dozen years but I still think of her and wonder how she is doing. I believe my mother is looking down on her as she looks down on me and my children.
