True Care is a friendly, non-judgemental, highly relevant, and helpful organization that reaches out to the women in the community of Casper during an unplanned and/or crisis pregnancy. All services at this certified medical clinic are 100% free of charge to True Cares patients and they continue to follow-up with and help the patients throughout her pregnancy. They offer mentoring and help obtaining various community resources such as Medicaid, housing, education, and medical referrals. This is an amazing organization the City of Casper has in its community.
