Review for Stray Cat Alliance, Los Angeles, CA, USA
Stray Cat Alliance is a wonderful organization run by incredibly dedicated individuals. SCA does an amazing job at educating the public about TNR, providing spay/neuter clinics and finding loving homes for many stray cats.
