Wingards list themselves as a domestic violence shelter, they are a work house. They are unscrupulous and underhanded. A few years ago a domestic violence victim and her son were sent there. Directly from a hospital in Tuple, with recent injuries of a massive beating the demanded she work or get out because they do not like lazy people. They hold on to the ones that can work and will not complain of the ridiculous unchristian like rules...if you are a domestic violence victim or a person that is ill do not go there. You must be a mute work horse to get help from them or they humiliate you.
