I went to JFS to seek help with my U.S Citizenship Application. I had the pleasure to meet Malvina Drummond. She was very caring, knowledgeable and patient. I hope JFS knows what great employee and human being they have there. The receptionist was also very polite. I am very thankful to JFS and Malvina Drummond for such a great experience.
