I started with SMART Recovery in the Fall of 2015 when I was dealing with my own substance dependencies. The organization has changed my life by providing evidence based cognitive solutions that helped me through the hardest part of my recovery.

I have since .taken the facilitator training and currently facilitate a meeting in Lenexa Kansas.
