Review for Women of Worth, Cedar Ridge, CA, USA
Prior to volunteering for Women Of Worth, I had not been exposed to the world of domestic violence and sexual assault. I quickly had my eyes opened to just how widespread it is and how many folks are affected. Thanks to this organization, I am much more aware of the problem and during the time that I was an active volunteer, I sincerely hope that we made a difference in the lives of several families.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Wave my magic wand and find a lot more volunteers to share the load and get other folks to donate money to a very good organization that works to help folks in the local community and does get results.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
Working and getting to know a great and passionate lady, Sandy Schmidt, the founder and executive director.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
All the way from one time volunteers to the founder and executive director herself
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Oh my gosh, with more money and additional help, perhaps we could eliminate domestic violence altogether.
Ways to make it better...
If there were more volunteers to share the load.

Lack of committed volunteers and funding
