I recently went with Point Hope to Ghana and worked alongside the organization to better the lives of children and adults though their integrated, holistic model. I worked with kids and young adults in various refugee camps to better develop their business skills. We discussed and did exercises to show how each individual can turn their trades and skills into a business that would sustain themselves and their families. I saw first hand the impact this organization has on thousands of kids and adults throughout the country. I saw how they ensuring children and their families have access to basic human needs (water, food, shelter, etc.) and continue with the goal of developing self-sustaining individuals through education, trade development, and other key programs. I rating system above only allows me to give this organization 5 stars. It deserves so much more for everything it has done and currently doing in Ghana.
