SMART Recovery is a scientifically-driven organization which includes practical tools and a supportive community to help people recover from addictive behavior. A life-saver for those whose plan of recovery rests in secular solutions, while being welcoming of those whose plan does not. True inclusiveness is the hallmark of this humanistic organization--to say nothing of it's efficacy-- which is substantial. In many ways, SMART recovery can claim partial responsibility for my own personal well-being and sense of purpose (not to mention improved health and interpersonal relationships--not a small feat.) Thank you SMART Recovery! I hope you continue to help people with addictions for generations to come!
