Review for Red Creek Wildlife Center Inc, Schuykl Havn, PA, USA
My daughter Cherokee, found a baby bird stuck in a branch of a tree. She got the baby unstuck and put it in an aquarium. We didn't know about Red Creek at the time, so she went on line to find out what to feed it. For the next 2 days we feed it what she found on the internet to feed it. I knew we wouldn't be able to the right things for the bird. A friend told us about Red Creek. When Cherokee called, to see if they could help, she was asked a few questions and given directions to Red Creek Wildlife Center. When we arrived Peggy immediately gave the bird a physical. Fortunately the bird was healthy and hungry. Morrie told my daughter and I about their website and how it explains what you should do when you find a helpless wild animal. They have saved alot of animals and are saving alot more as we speak. Their Center was packed with helpless wild animals. They are wonderful people and care very much about the birds and animals they take care of. They need our help to continue to do what they do so well. My daughter and I are going to donate some of our time to help with their gardens. This is the only rescue center in our area and their space is very limited. Send them a donation to help them build a bigger and better center. I feel we all are responsible for what happens to our wildlife.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
Morrie gave us a case number and encourged us to call, if we wanted to check on the bird. Its been three days, so I gave them a call. Sure enough Peggy answered and told me the bird was doing great. I heard it in the background.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
If I were to make any changes at Red Creek Wildlife Center, it would be to give Peggy and Morris a bigger center with better equipment. They deserve it.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
knowing that kind people like Peggy and Morrie are there for helpless wild animals if they need them.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
very kind and very informative.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
like a hospital for wildlife.
Ways to make it better...
I were rich and could have helped them out immediately.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
space, the right equipment, and more people like Peggy and Morrie.
One thing I'd also say is that...
we all should be so giving and careing.
