CoESL founder and managing director cares about youth to the point of investing in initiatives that build their independence. the Caribbean's youth are bright and talented, but most are focused on finding jobs in a challenging economy. Many want to start their own business but need guidance to do this; CoeSL engages them and build their capacity to take on their dream. That makes it a great organisation. We can never give up on our children, I am happy COeSL isn't.
