Voice of the Bride is tireless in their service to the poor. I've known Wayne and Carol Kiger-Rice for over 25 years as dear friends and partners in similar works. They carry the big picture all at the same time stopping to help individuals and families in dire need. Wayne and Carol move forward in integrity and know how to take a penny and stretch it into a dollar. Mostly through laying their lives down for the cause. I highly recommend them and their work among the poor as an organization well worth your investment!
