Our son, Joe, has been fortunate enough to be employed by Spectrum Designs for almost 6 years. They promote a high - expectation model, and we have seen his skills increase dramatically as he has been encouraged to master more difficult tasks and work independently. We also now own a collection of unique shirts, expertly printed, reasonably priced and delivered in a timely manner. Our experience as the parents of an employee and as customers has been unparalleled and a complete pleasure.
