This organization rescued a 15 year old dog from Carson Animal Shelter and while looking at dogs there ourselves, Cherie gave us the opportunity to adopt Cuddles from her organization in January. We love to give old dogs a chance at a good life. Cuddles is a great dog, and whoever said you can't teach an old dog new tricks hasn't met Cuddles. She apparently was not house trained and has made great strides at going to the door to let us know she needs to go out. She has a mind of her own, but if allot of fun to watch her every time my husband goes in the kitchen, she thinks he is getting her treats. I affectionately call her Cuddle Butt. In the future I hope to rescue more elderly dogs from Anchors Up Rescue.
