Clean, potable water is a luxury so many people can easily take for granted. Before visiting Haiti in 2012, I didn't think much about my daily routine - brushing my teeth, drinking water from the kitchen tap, taking a shower, etc. My experience in Haiti opened my eyes to the small luxuries in my everyday life that would be huge to others around the world. WWR works diligently to make sure people in Haiti can access clean, potable water, and for this they are doing a part to make the lives of these individuals better. I've enjoyed volunteering my time with an organization that is willing to pour their hearts into serving a community outside of their own.
