Review for Brackett Refugee Education Fund, Hamilton, NY, USA

Rating: 5 stars

This is a great opportunity to express my appreciation and thankfulness to the Brackett Foundation publicly. The Bracketts had financially supported me to enroll in the University while I deserve to earn higher education. I am very lucky that the Bracketts Foundation step in to afford my tuition fees as I did not received full scholarship from the other scholar program. I finally graduated in 2003. There are still many students left that come from Burma to seek for further education in Thailand. Without earning education, it will be very difficult to stand and be surviving for the living. Getting education is one aspect of the social change and development that could value my life. The Bracketts Foundation has put all their kindness, love to me and to many other students. “The kindness and support you have on us will always be in our memory” Thank you so much, Jollsy

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

I already stated my university when I met Tom and Liz in 2002. I wasn’t sure who will help me support the rest of my tuition fees. It was just the right time that I met a very genius and sweet couples, the Bracketts to help me. I was wondering how this old couples would help me to complete my education. But not sooner I get to know that they work very hard to help people like me. I can see they work very hard to get funding people because they love us. They never grow old to me until today.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Tom and Liz did not leave me enev if I finished getting support from them. They visit me and the other alumni students once a year. I can see and feel that they still care of me.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Tom, Liz, Hoppy and Judy
