Bpeace is a significant part of my identity. Through Bpeace I have had the opportunity to share my professional expertise with entrepreneurs from Afghanistan, Rwanda, Guatemala, and El Salvador. For me, the unexpected consequence of these interactions is the impact they have had on my own professional development. My work with Bpeace is truly a two -way give. I learn from the entrepreneurs and they learn from me. Their unique cultural approach, in my case to verbal communications, has expanded my understanding of communications is this rapidly global world we live in.
