after treatment was done and I was send home with very little advice on what to do next I found YCT. They were there for me with support and advice. I found the regular meditation and free services an anchor in my road to get my life back in order . There is so much love and loving volunteers who care deeply and are offering their time and support for anyone who needs it . Being in this loving and supportive environment made my recovery possible

Once you get diagnosed with breastcancer you are on a rollercoaster of decisions, treatments and doctor appointments. And then it all stops... the treatments are done and they tell you come back in 6 months.... and you are completely on your own.
I felt lost and helpless. I wanted to do something good for myself to help me heal and survive. The You Can Thrive Foundations offered alternative services to help me relax, cope and promote healing my body and spirit. And the amazing thing is that all the services are free. Thanks to all the wonderful volunteers who offer their help, services and time to help women in need
