Administration appears to be dishonest about ministry outreach (numbers don't line up). They do not stick to original plans. They have big dreams and no fruit. Kids show no signs of improvement. Kids don't actually learn anything that prepares them for a productive future, they just hung out and shot stuff.
It seems like a self centered ministry.
