This is an incredibly compassionate organization that guides people through the worst times of their lives. We have used the organization for our family members and are fully familiar with the support and consideration they provide. They make you feel like what they are doing is a service and not a business. I attended one funeral that started very late because a family member had not arrived. It must have been affecting their funerals later that day, but the staff only tried to calm the family and did nothing to try to push the ceremony forward.
