MaineHealth Care at Home was formed in 2016 by joining the former Kno-Wal-Lin and Waldo County home care and hospice agencies with HomeHealth Visiting Nurses of Southern Maine. Today, our reach extends across seven counties and neighboring islands. Last year, we brought compassionate care and support to more than 22,000 children and adults. In delivering this care, we accepted all patients in need of home health and hospice services and no one was denied care due to lack of insurance or resources. United Mid-Coast Charities made it possible for us to keep the doors of home health and hospice open to those in greatest needs.
