My Nonprofit Reviews

I’ve been a volunteer English teacher since February and I am proud to work alongside these amazing people in the organization. We have Skype sessions twice a week. The students learn English while discussing everyday topics, such as work, chores, likes and dislikes, and general experiences. We also learn about each other's cultures. AIWR gives them the opportunity of getting to know other countries and ways of living (I've joined from Argentina!), and the girls are eager to learn! The experience so far has been incredible, as I have been able to interact with wonderful young women from Afghanistan who have shown me how important it is to fight for your future no matter the odds. AIWR is a professional, well-organized non-profit which helps to make a positive difference in the world. I'm so glad to be a part of it!
