I have been a volunteer ESL teacher with AIWR in collaboration with KIMS in Kandahar, Afghanistan since January 2017. This is an excellent non-profit run by a passionate, highly organised staff with a clear and pressing goal; to connect women and girls across the world in the advancement of global womens' rights, one relationship at a time. The program is conceptually robust, culturally sensitive and gives much to both teachers and students. I give them my full recommendation.
