I participated this year in the Maldive expedition (after doing the Malaysian last year)
Great experience! Catherine and the crew made this week really exceptional. Sharks, turtles, rays, octopi and all the other animals were not shy to show off their beauty. The team was so nice, and we worked smoothly like a machine. After one week I am an expert in laying the tape to gather data for reef check!
I appreciate that the data collected during this week is briefly analyzed at the end of the expedition and compared with past years data, to get a general idea regarding the development of the reefs. It is very rewarding to see so clearly your contribution.
