I proudly volunteer at ECHS. I believe in Holly and ECHS. The SNAP and TNR programs really help the animals. Holly the director has such a good heart, she cares about the animals and does a fantastic job. They have awesome pets waiting for a second chance and great volunteers. ECHS is a small shelter with a big heart.
