I have been following the Alliance for Smiles organization for quite some time. I am constantly impressed by their generosity. Not only do they help children around the world, but they serve to improve the countries they visit by opening clinics and teaching the locals their techniques.

Great organization and can't wait to see what they accomplish in the future!
