I've donated to Smile Train for many years. I am very proud of all the work and surgeries that they have done. I love that so many doctors and nurses volunteer their valuable time and Smile Train takes care of not only the organization of all these surgeries, but also the financial burden of them. It allows kids who may never have a fair chance at life to be given a level playing field at a very low cost. I have also met many of the medical professionals who have served and they rant and rave about their experience.
