I became sub volunteer in 2009 this turned to be a permanent situation. This became the nest job ever (it not really a job). We save lives every day. We watch the little dog mean as the day is long and 24 hours later all cleaned up and tail wagging. Too may stories to tell. The story is all the volunteers that support this all volunteer organization. It does not matter the weather condition during each morning and afternoon shift to take care of the dogs. Or the person who willing to crawl under a vacant house to recuse puppies. The humane society just does what need to be done to help the dogs. We are proud to be an all Volunteer, No Kill shelter.
