I've been interning for Well Aware for the past couple months and let me tell you how amazing this organization is: Founder, Sarah Evans, is constantly on the go, working on and planning new projects to bring sustainable wells and rainwater catchment systems to villages in East Africa. She runs a tight ship and it shows - the organizations boasts a 100% success rate as opposed to 40% success by most other organizations that also implement wells. They've changed over 100k lives in the past few years and plan on changing many more for the better.
