I had never heard of any of these types of services before I had my initial consultation. I was going through a divorce and had no idea how credit or liability for debt worked. DRS was able to get my accounts setup on payment arrangements with my creditors. I was finally able to hear my phone ring without cringing! The staff and everyone I had dealt with were always professional and helpful.
