We met the wonderful people at Nepal Orphans home when we did some voluntary teaching & training there in May & June 2017. The children were delightful to work with, so happy & enthusiastic & the young teachers inspirational in their dedication to their students & to this home. We were very impressed with the management & structure of this organisation & the integrity of the staff & the programs. There is a culture of caring & respect evident in all aspects of their work & it is a very warm & welcoming place to visit. The way senior staff members engaged their teams in involving & empowering them in planning, implementing, managing, monitoring & reviewing the programs they offer was inspirational. This NGO is a wonderful role model of how a respectful & sustainable NGO should operate to give hope to so many marginalised people.
