High my name is Ashley my Husband is Robert cyfair helping hands played a huge roll in our lifes in August of 2012 i lost my job my Husband had been out if work for a while we had a nice 1 bedroom apartment with a yellow cat Budders we lost that apartment we were able to get some help getting a hotel room for 2 nights we left the hotel on foot yes on foot we didn't have a car so we walked and walked from the motel 6 off of 290 right before Jones rd with budders in is pet taxi and we walked till we got to west little york and gessner to take a rest we had no money no food no water my husband and i was like now what well we sat there for a good 10 minutes then a black truck pulled up to us and the lady rolled down her window and asked if we was hungry she and her husband listened to our story and decided to help us with another night in the hotel the black truck was cyfair helping hands so anyway still lost the next day we was able to get a tent and that was our home for sev months during those months that black truck help with food drinks medication clothes shoes pet food ect well that Feb my husband got a little side job he was at work when i got a call from cyfair helping hands asking if we would like to move into a travel trailer with out hesitation i said yes so feb 2013 we moved into the travel trailer 3 weeks after moving in cyfair added in helping my husband find a reliable job with health insurance we have maintained and are still off the street with out cyfair helping hand i don't know nor could i imagine what would have happened with us cyfair helping hands is a amazing organization
