My son attended the Crowley Leadership Summit for Boys to Men at CU in Boulder and came back engergized and inspired. This was his first time attending an event from home for a week and I had to make him go. The first night he said it was great and his mentor was outstanding. The comradeship among the other boys who attended made him want to stay in touch as they shared their addresses with each other. He indicated he never knew poetry could be so moving and powerful. The rich teaching caused him to learn about his strength as a young black King and that made my heart swell with pride and joy. My son now wants to make a difference in this world, he feels it is apart of his destiny because of the impact that the Crowley Foundation has made upon his life. For that I will always be grateful.
