We have supported Smile Train since it's inception, but had a life changing experience when we traveled to Guatemala with Smile Train to observe what we are doing in the field. We were able to visit a nutrition center, hospital (observe surgery results), and visited families in rural area's to see how cleft lip surgery changes children and family lives. We are returning to Guatemala on our own to visit and contribute to the Nutrition Center and hospital.
