I recently had the opportunity to work with Labrador Rescuers. This wonderful organization helped us to find the newest member of our family! The process was very easy. That being said, the volunteers who are part of Labrador Rescuers are very thorough!

It all started with a look at their website. On the site you can look at all of the amazing Labradors looking for their forever home. There are many different types of Labs, all ages, male and female. They are all looking for that special family to love forever.

The next step is completing the application and paying the application fee. From there a volunteer will visit you in your home and talk over all the details of adoption to ensure the best family member (lab) is matched with your family.

The volunteer who visits you at home will remain your contact person and be with you through every step of the adoption process. After the home visit and application fee comes the exciting part, you will then be ready to visit with these amazing labs!! You will work with the foster family who has the lab and you will visit the dog in their foster home. If you visit with a dog, fall in love and the foster parent agrees that you would be a good match you will be able to adopt your new family member!!!

The origination does very important work. These labs want nothing more than to find a family to love and be with forever. Many haven't been treated very well in their life. So its very important that these dogs are matched with a loving family and protected and cared for. Labrador Rescuers does this.

Lastly, all of these dogs are medically cared for by Labrador Rescuers. If you adopt, your lab will be neutered or spayed and up to date on shots and medical care.

I can not recommend the organization enough!! If your looking for a four legged family member please consider Labrador Rescuers and all the wonderful labs they are caring for!
