Tri-County Animal Rescue is such a warm, inviting, loving animal shelter. They treat the animals with such love and compassion. There's a crazy stigma about people who work with animals being bad with people. I think people are bad with animals. Working for a rescue or shelter and seeing how many animals come in neglected, malnourished and simply lacking the basic needs. People call trying to surrender their senior family pet that they have had since puppy stage. Seeing this day after day is draining and emotionally exhausting. The tri-county staff always come in with love in their hearts for these furry friends! 5 stars for you tri-county!
