The team at Grove Christian outreach refused to give me an appointment to apply for the Christmas shoe box program and had me submit email. Then claimed we did not apply. So my 2 year old granddaughter did not get her Christmas shoe box and to see Santa. The staff was rude and condescending towards me and bordering on abusive especially the executive director and to a lesser extent the business manager.
