Review for Lily Sanctuary Parrot Rescue, Fountain Valley, CA, USA
I have been a volunteer at the Lily Sanctuary for almost a year now and what I have seen keeps me going as often as I can. The care and love that goes to these parrots is amazing. Some of these parrots have life long medical problems or have been abandoned by their owners or just given up for a variety of reasons. At the sanctuary they are well cared for and must live in the cleanest cages on the west coast! They are loved, respected, and treated like family members. Volunteering at the lily sanctuary has taught me many things, but the most important is the respect I have for the people who own and operate it. What they are doing for these parrots is fantastic!!

the hands on work with the parrots in species I don't have myself. I love getting to know them and give them some attention when they want to take it. They are such smart critters!

The staff and volunteers are all wonderful and love parrots so we're all there to do the best we can for the parrots and sanctuary needs
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
do so much more! it would provide a bigger place for us to take in more parrots who need homes and proper care. It would provide the best of the best in avian care for those individuals who need life time medical care.
