I found myself in the uncomfortable situation of combating bed bugs in my apartment complex. After a month of working with the complex to abide by all of the legalities, the problem still wasn't resolved, and my roommate and I were released from our obligation with only two weeks to find a new solution. With only two weeks notice, I did not have the funds necessary to pay a second rent and deposit on the clean, safe environment I needed, but BINC was there.

Kit helped me through my entire application, and was so incredibly responsive. When I contacted BINC I still wasn't sure what my next landing place was going to be, and Kit responded to each of the options I was looking into with details as to BINC would, or would not be able to help in those situations.

I'm so grateful for the time, and the help they were able to offer. Before their help, I had no idea how I was going to get another roof over my head in the time I had remaining. BINC helped me through an incredibly tumultuous time in my life so that I can keep doing the work that I love.
