I strongly recommend this organisation which is doing invaluable and transformative work helping women who have endured the physical and psychological agony of an obstetrical fistula. There is transparency of administration and funds are used responsibly. They keep me updated by email on monthly developments and share individual stories that put faces to those suffering from this condition. I am pleased to support this charity with a monthly donation and encourage others to do so. Every dollar has a very direct impact on a woman's life in multiple ways.
