As a single mom of 2 young girls this foundation spoiled us on a trip we would have never been able to afford on our own. With a terminal diagnosis of lung cancer, I get very tired easily and have such a hard time keeping up with my kids and being organized. They really took all the work out of a vacation and it allowed us to have so much more fun and enjoy each other! It was great to interact with other adults with young families going through the same kind of struggles as well as my kids meeting other kids that can relate! We have met a wonderful support group and hopefully have made life long friends. I am truly grateful for this once in a lifetime experience and hope other families will be able to go on a retreat and make lasting memories as we have! Thank you IOH! Forever in our hearts! ❤
