After seeing a documentary on cleft palates and seeing what an incredible difference this fairly easy surgery can make in a child's life I just HAD to contribute. I also really like that Smile Train trains doctors who live in these areas instead of just coming in once or twice a year and doing as many surgeries as they can. Outstanding work!!
