Smile Train keeps me informed on the needs of children with cleft palates and shows the progress being made with the contributions we send. They often send before-and-after pictures to demonstrate the remarkable and life-changing results of the operations. They also keep me educated on some of the subtler and not so obvious things going on behind the scenes, e.g., the sacrifices parents make to be able to access the Smile Train help.
All of this is good support for donors and I feel that the money I give is well used. That's important to me.
