Last summer my boyfriend had the great idea of taking my parrot outside while I was at work. Her wings had not been clipped and she got scared and flew away. For 3 days we could hear her but not see her in the tress. Then she disappeared. I contacted The Lily Sancutuary for any assistance they could give me. They were wonderful, they gave me great tips on who else to contact and how we could entice her. Ultimately another volunteer found her and brought her back to me. This group has been a life saver in so many ways.
