I found out about Smile Train several years ago. You always get all these places asking for donations. You can't give to them all, but you just have to decide what is important to you. I read their information they sent and part of it said that important people considered this an important issue. they said if you gave they wouldn't keep sending more requests throughout the year. That's not true, but I guess you just have to over look that. My opinion of Smile train is this. They help fund surgeries for kids with cleft lips. If there's any one person that needs help to gain a better life is the kids. Even Drs. donate surgery time to help kids. If you're looking for just one Charity I highly recommend donating to smile train.
