Review for Aumazo, Inc., Silver Spring, MD, USA
I write to stress the importance of Aumazo Inc. in helping young women from rural Cameroon and Africa in general to gain access to quality education. I have been inspired and transformed by the works of Jacqueline Tchouassi Audige, founder of Aumazo Inc. I first came to know Jacqueline as my student at the University of Maryland, College Park five years ago. At that time, Jacqueline was already beginning to design and develop her dream to build a secondary school for girls in Bankondji, Cameroon. A native Cameroonian, Jacqueline knows first hand the challenges that girls, particularly from rural areas, face in pursuing secondary education. Research consistenly shows that educating girls betters the lives not only of the young women educated, but of their future families, and of nations on the whole. Aumazo Inc. is the creation of a tireless and dedicated woman who strove to create the circumstances that she herself lacked when an adolescent girl. Her own efforts and the educational successes that those efforts brought have only made her more determined to create opportunities for hundreds of young women in need. I cannot stress enough the continued determination and devotion of Jacqueline Tchouassi Audige, and how Aumazo Inc is the result of that unwavering dedication. Within only five years, Aumazo has already began the construction of the secondary school in Bankondji, is already involved in ensuring that running water is installed in Bankondji, and continues to identify and establish the necessary relationships to help the community. I urge you to consider the vital importance of Aumazo Inc. in the ungoing struggle to educate young women across the world.
