Smile Train is framed with "gold" management people. Susannah Schaefer, CEO, energetically directs a very effective, professional, yet warm, organization that always focuses on Smile Train's Mission. Adina Wexelberg-Clouser, Director Fundraising, our wonderful, personal executive connection to Smile Train for many years, makes sure our charitable contributions are treated with dignity and importance. That is why the high school students in our EMAP/Entrepreneurial Management Achievement Program have made it a priority for 10 years. Bottom line is our profit is actually seeing the children's lives we touched being able to blossom.
